How to add facebook like button in blogger

How to add facebook like and share button the easiest way -  

This is one of the easiest ways to add a like or share button of facebook on blogger. I searched a lot while i was trying to put one on my blog. I have to share this to help many new bloggers who got confused as to which way is easier and relevant as well. This is my first post or shall i say a tutorial on blogging. Hope it works well for you all as well.


To begin with without wasting time go to the link https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button , it will exactly look like the image below,

Now go your facebook page and copy the url and paste it in the URL to Like section, once you enter your url it will look like the image below, Here i have entered my page url of facebook,

Now you can easily change the width of the buttons by entering the values, choose the layout as i have kept it  'standard' here, without friends faces and choose the action type as 'like', you can also check the 'include share button' if you want that too. 

Once this is done click on 'get code' button seen on the left below corner and you will get your html code easily as seen below in the image,

Now open your blogger account go to 'design' or 'dashboard' and go to 'layout' section seen in orange color in the image below, click on the 'Add a Gadget' wherever you want to put the facebook button,

 

Below seen box will open, Click on HTML/JAVASCRIPT where you can add the third party code, 

The below seen box will open where you can enter the code, there are two codes given to us so you have to enter both the codes, so just copy the first code and paste it here and then copy the second code and paste it just below the first code, as i have pasted one after the other, click on save and that's it, all done, now you can view your blog. Enter the title of your choice,

 You can see a standard button is added on my blog of facebook which has the sharing option as well.
